How to use: Place the edge of the washi cutter to where you want to rip/cut the washi. Apply a light pressure and hold down the card. then use your other hand to rip the washi.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A WASHI CARD DO NOT WRAP YOUR WASHI AROUND THE CUTTER.
