When do you ship out your orders?
For Mystery Kits we ship the kits out mid Month anytime after the 15th of the month.  We will send you a notification email when your order is on it's way to you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship our orders via Canada Post. To save on your shipping cost, all orders are sent out via postal letter mail.  Here's an ETA of delivery, please note business days are Monday-Friday, also ETA varies during peak holidays (i.e. Christmas)
Domestic (within Canada): 4-7 business days
United States of America: 5-14 business days
International: 6-12 weeks

Shipping Policy
We ship our orders via Canada Post. To save on your shipping cost, all orders are sent out via postal letter mail. Once your order is sent out, we have no control of the package or what happens. However if you think something may happen to your order you can upgrade the shipping option at the time of your purchase. This upgrade includes a tracking number so that you know exactly where your package is.

Shipping for orders over $150 CAD are automatically qualified for shipping upgrades.

We ship worldwide.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and processing times are different from each other. Processing time is the time it takes to process your order in house. The order processing time DOES NOT include shipping time. Shipping time is up to the POSTAL SERVICE which I again have no control.

Shipping to be deemed "lost in mail"- For your package/order to be deemed as lost in mail it must be "lost in mail" for 90 days from the initial shipping date. As mentioned before, we are not responsible for any lost mail.  We are not obligated to refund, replace or resend your order.  If you would like to know exactly where your package is, please upgrade your shipping option to tracking.

Returns and exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.  Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery.  Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We do not accept cancellations - there will be a 10% restocking/admin fee for any cancellation of placed orders
However,  please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged due of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through shopify.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including shopify, bold.

1. Personal Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact us directly.

2. Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list; When signing up or subscribing you comply and accept that you are providing your information to us and agree to the terms of our Private Policy.
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as:
A) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 
B) Compliance with our Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about our customers is important to our business and company. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

A) Canada Post. We share information with Canada Post as necessary to send you your package and orders direct to you.
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies, and payment companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
B) Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
C) Compliance with laws. we may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (C1) respond to legal process or to government requests; (C2) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (C3) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (C4) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 5 years.

5. Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in Canada, the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Canada Post, Paypal and other payment merchants is Privacy Shield certified.

6. Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Object. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
